About the Role

Salesforce is hiring an Event Enablement Marketing Manager for a 6-month contractor role. You will engage and enable the sales team and internal audiences to leverage the Strategic Events portfolio to connect with customers, introduce innovative solutions, and drive business growth. This role focuses on creating internal marketing campaigns, cross-functional communication plans, and enablement analytics to support a proprietary event portfolio.

What You'll Do

  • Develop comprehensive communications and internal marketing plans for Strategic Events.
  • Align plans with broader event marketing campaigns to ensure consistency and effectiveness.
  • Support video content development, including sizzle videos, seller testimonials, and an internal podcast series for Dreamforce.
  • Drive push notification strategy, from audience segmentation and copywriting to stakeholder alignment.
  • Create and execute channel strategies to amplify messaging and reach the Sales organization.
  • Build and maintain a communication tracking tool, coordinating calendars with cross-functional partners for timely deployment.
  • Ensure seamless collaboration across teams to deliver cohesive, timely messaging.
  • Lead cross-functional workstreams by event to amplify organizational messaging.
  • Support the Enablement team in creating and updating tools and resources like presentations, call scripts, email templates, FAQs, and codes.
  • Write compelling copy for Slack posts, emails, resources, executive scripts, and call scripts.
  • Support the ideation of new content to creatively engage target audiences.
  • Act as liaison to the Creative team, driving the briefing process and ensuring delivery of assets.
  • Support analytics and reporting for enablement communications, providing insights for continuous improvement.
  • Learn seller reporting tools, goals, and language to ensure effective enablement campaigns that help sellers drive business.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in events, marketing, or campaigns with a focus on communication strategy development and execution.
  • Excellent storytelling, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to coordinate across diverse teams, deliver results, and prioritize.
  • Strong copywriting, slide-building, and presentation skills, with the ability to present to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Familiarity with video marketing, from content capture to development.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data.
  • Familiarity with enablement tools and resources.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Nice to Have

  • Previous experience in B2B or technology-driven companies.
  • Experience with Google Analytics and/or Slack Analytics.

Benefits & Compensation

  • The typical base salary range for this position is $117,400 - $177,600 annually.
  • In select cities within the San Francisco and New York City metropolitan area, the base salary range is $140,900 - $193,700 annually.
  • Benefits include time off programs, medical, dental, vision, mental health support, paid parental leave, life and disability insurance, 401(k), and an employee stock purchasing program.

This role is local-city and based in the United States.
