Paired is looking for an Event Coordinator with Sales experience to own the planning and execution of events for our clients. In this remote role, you'll combine logistical expertise with sales acumen to deliver outstanding events and foster strong client relationships.
What You'll Do
- Plan, organize, and execute events from inception to completion, ensuring high quality and client satisfaction.
- Utilize sales skills to engage and maintain client relationships, identifying their needs and expectations for each event.
- Coordinate logistics including venue selection, vendor management, catering, and technology setup.
- Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring adherence to financial goals.
- Create and present proposals to clients, effectively demonstrating the value of services offered.
- Market and promote events using various channels to maximize attendance and engagement.
- Conduct post-event evaluation, including gathering feedback to improve future events and services.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as an Event Coordinator with a strong background in sales.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in event management software and CRM systems.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote work environment.
