Ventrata is looking for an Event Coordinator Intern to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic environment focused on event management, marketing, and coordination. You'll join a passionate team on a mission to help businesses scale while preserving their unique identity.
What You'll Do
- Help plan and execute every detail for high-energy international trade shows, tech conferences, and company retreats for 100+ attendees.
- Research and secure diverse event spaces internationally, assisting in the end-to-end venue selection process for European and American events.
- Be the point person for vendors and partners, scouting the best event giveaways and printed materials.
- Facilitate event registrations and participant engagement, coordinating with internal colleagues and external organizers.
- Assist with travel arrangements and logistics for events.
