Event Casting Specialist (Remote in the Philippines)

We’re seeking a dedicated professional to lead the casting and development of event hosts for our live and virtual experiences. This remote contract position is open to candidates in the Philippines and requires a full-time schedule aligned with Eastern Standard Time hours.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage end-to-end talent casting, from sourcing and outreach to auditions and final selection for in-person and online events.
  • Build and maintain structured talent pools categorized by role, skill, location, and specialty to ensure consistent access to qualified hosts.
  • Keep a well-organized talent database and actively engage potential candidates through networking, referrals, and ongoing communication.
  • Track key metrics, monitor pipeline performance, and recommend improvements to reduce hiring time and elevate talent quality.
  • Design and lead evaluation processes that assess stage presence, communication ability, and audience engagement skills.
  • Develop and update training resources for new and existing hosts, ensuring clarity around event expectations and brand standards.
  • Review host performance after events and deliver constructive feedback to maintain high-quality delivery.
  • Collaborate across teams to support onboarding, documentation, and internal initiatives that strengthen team alignment.
  • Contribute to culture-building efforts and ensure new hosts have a smooth, supportive integration process.
  • Step in as a backup host when necessary to ensure event continuity.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting or talent casting.
  • Existing network of potential event hosts suitable for experiential programming.
  • Familiarity with event production workflows and group facilitation techniques.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with energy and enthusiasm for working with people.
  • Ability to think quickly and creatively to resolve challenges.
  • Comfort using virtual platforms including Zoom, Webex, and Microsoft Teams.
  • Public speaking experience and confidence in evaluating performance.
  • Excellent organizational and project management abilities, with attention to detail.
  • Commitment to inclusion and diversity in all stages of talent acquisition.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS tools; data-focused with a drive to improve processes.
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and a computer equipped with a webcam.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Flexibility to conduct interviews across time zones as needed.
  • Background in fast-moving startup environments and passion for mission-driven technology.

Work Arrangement

Remote, 40 hours per week, 8 hours per day, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. EST. This role requires consistent availability during these hours.
