Jobgether is looking for a remote ETL/SSIS Developer/Application Analyst to provide hands-on development, testing, and implementation of application solutions. In this role, you will ensure system integrity, troubleshoot production issues, and contribute to process improvements that enhance operational efficiency.
What You'll Do
- Troubleshoot production issues, identify root causes, and implement effective technical solutions.
- Recommend and implement software solutions, evaluating options and implications.
- Collaborate with project sponsors to understand business objectives and provide actionable solutions.
- Develop, enhance, and maintain custom and COTS applications.
- Plan, test, and deploy system solutions to support new business lines, departments, or client requests.
- Mentor and cross-train team members on IT processes to ensure continuity and supportability.
- Train end users on new or modified applications and generate ad-hoc reports as needed.
- Maintain functional and technical documentation, adhering to software development lifecycle guidelines.
- Ensure data integrity, system functionality, and compliance with professional and ethical standards.
What We're Looking For
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in application development, configuration, or similar IT roles.
- Proficient in SQL and creating/maintaining stored procedures.
- Strong multitasking, problem-solving, and independent decision-making skills.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to provide on-call support on a rotating basis.
- Capable of working remotely with a secure internet connection and private workspace.
- U.S. Citizenship or lawful permanent residency with eligibility to obtain and maintain government security clearance.
Nice to Have
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT or related field.
- Strong ETL/SSIS development experience.
- Experience with C# console applications and .NET development.
- Familiarity with automated scheduling tools (e.g., Cisco Tidal).
