Jobgether is seeking a Senior Data Architect to own the design and implementation of enterprise-level data solutions that power critical business insights and decision-making. In this remote role, you will set the architectural vision while remaining hands-on, building systems that enable actionable insights across the business.
What You'll Do
- Design and implement scalable, reusable, and discoverable data pipelines and integrations aligned with enterprise goals.
- Collaborate with engineering and analytics teams to resolve data integrity issues and promote upstream improvements for long-term data quality.
- Build analytical frameworks and prototype data models to support business decision-making and evaluate system effectiveness.
- Track emerging trends in data engineering, architecture, and analytics, adapting technologies and methodologies to enhance performance and scalability.
- Partner with stakeholders to define data requirements, deliver actionable insights, and articulate data-driven strategies.
- Champion best practices in data governance, privacy, and ethical data handling across teams.
- Mentor junior data engineers and architects, promoting standards and consistent practices across the organization.
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of experience in data analysis, data engineering, business intelligence, or related fields.
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Hands-on experience with SQL, Python, PowerBI, Workday, Salesforce, or other data analytics tools.
- Strong expertise in data modeling, pipeline design, data integration, and architecture best practices.
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders and implement governance, quality, and privacy standards.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience in consulting, with 4+ years of client-facing engagement preferred.
- Master’s degree or additional certifications in data-related fields is a plus.
