Coating Concepts is seeking a Data Analytics Specialist to develop reporting, data, and analytics solutions that drive business decisions and inform leadership insights. In this role, you will automate processes, act as a resource to stakeholders, and identify complex data patterns.

What You'll Do

Develop analytical solutions using data, analytics, and reporting to deliver insights to business stakeholders.
Create dashboards and scorecards utilizing existing and newly developed metrics to monitor business performance.
Collaborate with business partners and the broader analytics organization to lead value-driven data insights aligned with strategic priorities.
Write SQL to structure and query data for analysis and reporting.
Ensure data integrity within dashboards and reports and develop procedures for increasing the quality and accuracy of information.
Maintain an understanding of how data contained in various systems are utilized and combine various aspects of data into a usable format to support decision making.
Design, build, and test semantic layers, dashboards, reports, and metrics to meet business needs.
Operate and monitor coating machinery to ensure effective and efficient production.
Perform routine quality checks on coated products to ensure they meet specifications.
Adjust machinery settings as needed based on product requirements.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area and equipment.
Collaborate with the production team to meet daily production goals and timelines.
Document production activities and maintain accurate records of coating applications.
Identify and troubleshoot any issues that arise during the coating process.
