- Present findings to executive leadership and stakeholders across departments
- Ensure research methodologies are consistent, reliable, and scalable
- Manage external research partners and vendors when necessary
- Integrate insights into product roadmaps and strategic planning
- Monitor competitive landscape and emerging industry trends
- Maintain a centralized repository of research findings and reports
- Train teams on how to interpret and apply user insights
