Jobgether is hiring a Databricks Project Manager to lead complex data engineering and analytics projects. In this remote role, you will coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of data-driven solutions aligned with business objectives.

What You'll Do

• Manage and oversee Databricks projects, including the design, deployment, and optimization of ETL/ELT pipelines using Apache Spark.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams of data engineers, scientists, and stakeholders to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
• Optimize performance of notebooks and workflows to improve efficiency and reliability.
• Implement data quality, validation, and monitoring processes.
• Support ML model deployment and integration within Databricks environments.
• Ensure effective integration of Databricks with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Maintain clear project documentation and track progress against milestones.

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years of hands-on experience managing Databricks-based data engineering and analytics projects.
• Proven expertise in building, optimizing, and maintaining ETL/ELT pipelines using Apache Spark.
• Strong skills in Python, Scala, and SQL for data processing and workflow management.
• Experience with cloud integration and platforms and tools like Delta Lake, MLflow, and Databricks Notebooks.
• Ability to transform raw data into analytical structures and models ready for ML deployment.
• Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Located in Latin America and able to work in a fully remote environment.

Nice to Have

• Conversational English at B2 level or higher is a plus.
