Construction & Property Group is seeking a detail-oriented Estimator. You will be responsible for reviewing project plans, performing accurate takeoffs, and preparing comprehensive quotes. This role is central to our project planning and cost management processes.
What You'll Do
- Review architectural and engineering plans to determine project scope and requirements.
- Perform material and quantity takeoffs using industry-standard methods.
- Utilize TogalAI or similar software tools to streamline takeoff processes.
- Reach out to vendors and suppliers to obtain competitive pricing for materials and services.
- Prepare, format, and submit detailed cost estimates and quotes in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure accuracy and alignment with project goals.
- Maintain organized records of estimates, vendor communications, and pricing data.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as an Estimator in construction, engineering, or a related industry.
Nice to Have
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
- Hands-on experience with TogalAI or other digital takeoff/estimating software.
