You will create standard operating procedures, templates, and data repositories that become organizational benchmarks. • Drive Performance: Define and own critical metrics. You will establish key performance indicators for efficiency, precision, and variance, utilizing analytical dashboards to enable data-driven decision-making. • Lead a Global Team: Recruit, develop, and elevate estimating professionals in Egypt and the Philippines. You are not merely reviewing their work; you are mentoring them into high-performance professionals. 💼 Core Responsibilities • Process Architecture: Develop standardized scoping frameworks, unit-cost databases, and exclusion catalogs ensuring consistency across all projects. • Data & Accountability: Implement organizational key results and performance scorecards.
