We are a 15+ year U.S. real estate investment company managing 30–40+ concurrent projects. Our construction operations are dynamic, and our expansion is remarkable. We are seeking an innovative leader to elevate our pre-construction strategy.
We require someone to construct a comprehensive framework, not merely oversee existing processes.
This represents a "limitless potential" opportunity. You will have complete independence to architect workflows, select innovative tools, and cultivate the estimating division's culture from inception. You will transform this function from a supportive role into a strategic powerhouse driving acquisitions and profitability.
🚀 Your Mission
You will function as the "Strategic Leader" of Estimating, reporting directly to senior leadership.
• Build the System: Design the comprehensive workflow: Intake → Takeoff → Quality Control → Procurement Transition. You will create standard operating procedures, templates, and data repositories that become organizational benchmarks.
• Drive Performance: Define and own critical metrics. You will establish key performance indicators for efficiency, precision, and variance, utilizing analytical dashboards to enable data-driven decision-making.
• Lead a Global Team: Recruit, develop, and elevate estimating professionals in Egypt and the Philippines. You are not merely reviewing their work; you are mentoring them into high-performance professionals.
💼 Core Responsibilities
• Process Architecture: Develop standardized scoping frameworks, unit-cost databases, and exclusion catalogs ensuring consistency across all projects.
• Data & Accountability: Implement organizational key results and performance scorecards. Monitor error rates, estimation speed, and budget fluctuations to guarantee precision.
• Team Development: Cultivate a culture of accountability. Conduct specialized training, cultural guidance, and continuous calibration to ensure team performance meets rigorous U.S. standards.
• Cross-Functional Strategy: Serve as the critical connection between Acquisitions, Procurement, and Construction to eliminate scope gaps and protect project profitability.
