Pluxee is seeking an Especialista de Paid Media to join our dynamic regional team. In this role, you will shape and execute paid media strategies for our B2B Marketing efforts across South LATAM, directly impacting lead generation, brand visibility, and business growth in a multicultural environment.

What You'll Do

Develop and implement paid media strategies to support marketing objectives.
Manage paid media campaigns across various platforms.
Monitor key KPIs (CPA, CPL, ROAS, CTR), generate performance reports, and recommend ongoing optimizations.
Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize ad creatives and targeting.
Conduct research on paid media best practices and market trends, proposing innovative solutions to enhance campaign performance.
Provide support and guidance on paid media initiatives.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Advanced fluency in English and Spanish.
5+ years of experience in paid media, ideally in regional or multi-country roles.
Proven track record of managing performance-driven campaigns with measurable business results in the B2B market.
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to optimise campaigns.
Experience working with cross-functional teams in matrix organisations.
Growth mindset with a focus on acquisition and conversion goals.
Technical knowledge of major platforms.

Nice to Have

Previous experience in the corporate benefits sector, HR Tech, fintechs, or B2B SaaS.
Familiarity with marketing funnel strategies, ABM, and inbound marketing.
