Centene Management Company LLC is seeking a Patient Care Specialist. You will manage telephonic outreach for pharmacy orders and member inquiries, ensuring timely patient support and adherence to pharmacy standards.
What You'll Do
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, including the processing and upkeep of pharmacy orders
- Address member inquiries and requests received via telephonic outreach
- Schedule deliveries for patients, adhering to accreditation and board of pharmacy requirements
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of internal escalation processes to adequately communicate urgent patient needs
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Comply with all policies and standards
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent
Nice to Have
- Missouri Registered Pharmacy Technician certification
