Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, including the processing and upkeep of pharmacy orders and handling of order inquiries and issues
- Address member inquiries/request received via telephonic outreach
- Schedule deliveries for patients, adhering to accreditation and board of pharmacy requirements
- Maintain up to date knowledge of inter escalation process to adequately communicate urgent patient needs
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Complies with all policies and standards
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
Nice to Have
- Missouri Registered Pharmacy Technician preferred, not required
