Leadership & Sustainability is hiring an ESG Auditor based in Germany to serve as a Generalist Higg FEM Verifier & Trainer for Latin America. In this role, you will be responsible for verifying facility environmental performance and training professionals across the region.
What You'll Do
- Conduct Higg Facility Environmental Module (FEM) verifications for clients in Latin America.
- Develop and deliver training programs on Higg FEM standards and processes.
- Assess facility data and documentation for compliance with environmental and social criteria.
- Prepare detailed verification reports and communicate findings to clients.
- Stay current with Higg FEM updates and regional sustainability regulations.
What We're Looking For
- Certified Higg FEM verifier with proven experience in the verification process.
- Strong understanding of ESG principles and environmental management systems.
- Professional fluency in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a significant asset.
- Experience conducting audits or verifications in a manufacturing or industrial context.
- Excellent communication skills for effective training delivery and client interaction.
- Ability to work independently and manage verification schedules across Latin America.
Work Mode
This is a global, remote position with a primary focus on clients and operations across Latin America.
