We are seeking a motivated and meticulous ERP Specialist to enhance our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to refine our ERP systems, driving operational efficiency and supporting our company's growth. Tasks - Deliver primary ERP support to end users through digital and telephonic communication with remote access. - Diagnose and resolve ERP error codes and functionality challenges. - Function as an ERP Authority regarding workflow, process optimization, and industry best practices. - Conduct comprehensive onsite and remote training for end users on emerging ERP capabilities and features. - Develop and maintain comprehensive ERP process documentation. - Monitor and log all inquiries, providing proactive insights and recommendations to IT leadership and management teams. - Engage with internal departments to ensure seamless ERP operational continuity. - Generate and manage Master Data Records within the ERP system. - Establish and maintain Commercial Policies in the ERP platform. - Investigate and resolve connectivity issues between ERP installations and various sites.
