Role Overview
Join a forward-thinking team as an ERP SCM Consultant focused on implementing and refining IFS Applications within supply chain environments. You will play a central role in configuring and optimizing SCM modules such as procurement, inventory, manufacturing, demand planning, and logistics. Your work will ensure that client systems align with proven practices while meeting specific operational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead or support configuration and rollout of IFS SCM components across multiple functional areas
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to assess current processes and recommend improvements
- Translate business requirements into technical configurations within the IFS platform
- Support data migration from legacy systems, ensuring accuracy and integrity
- Design and deliver training programs to promote user adoption and system proficiency
- Perform system testing, identify issues, and coordinate fixes with technical teams
- Monitor system performance and suggest enhancements for efficiency and cost reduction
- Identify opportunities for automation, integration, and system customization
Qualifications
Applicants should have at least five years of hands-on experience with ERP supply chain modules and a solid understanding of end-to-end supply chain operations. You must be able to interpret business needs and deliver practical SCM solutions using IFS.
- Proven experience in procurement, inventory, warehouse management, manufacturing, and logistics
- Strong communication skills for engaging both technical and non-technical audiences
- Willingness to travel to client locations up to 50% of the time
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. under U.S. Government authorization guidelines (8 USC 1324b(a)(3))
- Successful completion of background and drug screening required
Preferred Experience
- Direct experience with IFS ERP implementations, upgrades, or support projects
- Working knowledge of SQL for data analysis and reporting
- Familiarity with IFS Data Migration tools and processes
- Exposure to IFS Aurena interface
- Experience integrating IFS with third-party systems
Work Environment
This is an onsite role with regular travel to customer sites. You will operate in a collaborative, innovation-driven setting that values precision and continuous improvement.
