What You'll Do
Guide the implementation and configuration of IFS Applications within supply chain management, focusing on modules such as procurement, inventory, manufacturing, demand planning, and logistics. Analyze existing business processes and collaborate with stakeholders to streamline operations using IFS best practices.
Design and support system customizations, integrations, and automation improvements that enhance overall efficiency. Facilitate data migration from legacy systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency during transition phases. Conduct thorough testing, identify system issues, and coordinate with technical teams to implement timely resolutions.
Deliver training programs to end-users, promoting effective adoption and maximizing system utilization. Monitor ongoing performance and recommend actionable improvements to reduce costs and increase operational effectiveness.
Requirements
- Minimum of five years of experience with ERP systems in supply chain management; direct experience with IFS ERP strongly preferred
- In-depth understanding of SCM functions including procurement, inventory control, warehouse operations, production planning, and logistics
- Proven ability to interpret business requirements and configure appropriate IFS-based solutions
- Strong communication skills for engaging both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders
- Willingness to travel to client locations up to 50% of the time
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Access to certain technologies is subject to U.S. export control regulations
- Applicant must be a U.S. Person as defined under 8 USC 1324b(a)(3) or authorized by the U.S. Government

Preferred Qualifications
- Prior involvement in IFS implementation, upgrade, or support projects
- Working knowledge of SQL, IFS Data Migration tools, IFS Aurena, and third-party system integrations
