The LEGO Group is looking for an Equipment Maintenance Technician to join our manufacturing operations in Vietnam. You will play a crucial role in maintaining and optimizing our state-of-the-art packing machinery, supporting operations with a focus on safety and reliability to fulfill dynamic customer demand.

What You'll Do

Ensure the safe and reliable daily operation of packing production equipment.
Repair and troubleshoot pneumatic, electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, conveyor systems, robotic, and PLC-driven equipment.
Evaluate machinery for effective operation and execute scheduled preventive maintenance.
Support production changeovers and equipment operation.
Collaborate with maintenance personnel, engineers, and operators.
Report repairs and faults to supervisors and maintain accurate records.
Prepare mechanical documentation and process descriptions.
Support the installation of new production lines.
Draft analysis reports for breakdowns over 60 minutes and use Power BI for data analysis.
Offer and implement solutions using PDCA methodology and share technical knowledge.
Train technicians and operators in technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
Execute special projects and assignments as required.

What We're Looking For

A vocational school, college, or university degree.
A minimum of 2 years of equipment maintenance experience.
Knowledge of equipment, tools, and materials used in the assigned area.
Familiarity with applicable industry practices, methods, and procedures.
Experience with problem-solving and the PDCA framework.
Strong interpersonal skills, including collaboration, teamwork, proactive service attitude, and personal and professional ethics.
Willingness to travel as assigned, including overseas.
Ability to read and understand basic technical datasheets and manuals in English.
