Henry Schein One LLC is hiring an Equipment Installation Technician for our Spokane, WA operations. In this role, you will be responsible for providing professional installation services in practitioner offices under the direction of a Lead Technician or Project Coordinator. Your work will directly improve customer satisfaction, maximize retention, and contribute to our profitability.

What You'll Do

Provide courteous and professional installation and repair services to customers.
Maintain the necessary tools of the trade to perform installation and repair.
Complete all on-site installation, repair, maintenance, and test tasks under supervision.
Follow troubleshooting steps to diagnose errors and determine proper solutions.
Comprehend customer requirements and make recommendations to optimize their experience.
Maintain and manage proper inventory levels in your service vehicle.
Produce timely and detailed service reports.
Attend all required training, including career development and manufacturer technical training.
Comply with all OSHA regulations and maintain/utilize personal protective equipment.
Communicate in a timely manner with all team members and dispatchers to keep them informed of progress.
Complete all work orders in a timely manner and review them with the customer prior to departure.
Submit all job-related paperwork within required timeframes, including FDA forms and expense reports.
Comply with all terms of the Fleet Management Policy.
Participate in special projects and perform other duties as required.

What We're Looking For

Typically, 2 or more years of field service experience with demonstrated proficiency.
A basic mechanical background.
A customer service background.
Basic troubleshooting skills.
You are an independent self-starter.
Basic computer skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
A high degree of professionalism.
Accuracy and a detail-oriented approach.

Nice to Have

An associate's degree or a Technical School Certification.

Salary range: $51,508 - $70,825.
