About the Role

We are seeking an IT Client Support Technician to join EPMA, where our 10 core values guide our work. You will provide exceptional customer service and technical support, with a heavy focus on refreshing and replacing customer equipment at our remote locations. This role is vital for ensuring the smooth operation of our corporate and field environments.

What You'll Do

  • Lead refresh and replacement projects for end-user devices, including imaging, configuration, and deployment.
  • Configure and deploy workstations, install corporate-approved software, and manage networked printer setups.
  • Coordinate with end-users to schedule refreshes and ensure minimal disruption to operations.
  • Manage the IT asset lifecycle, including inventory control and equipment assignment.
  • Document all incidents, tasks, resolutions, and procedures in the enterprise ticketing system.
  • Travel to field locations for remote site support and refresh projects.

What We're Looking For

  • A minimum of 3-4 years of IT support experience in a corporate environment.
  • Strong knowledge of workstation systems, operating systems (Windows), and Microsoft products (Microsoft Suite, Teams, and Outlook).
  • Proven experience with Service Now for managing IT asset lifecycle, inventory control, and equipment assignment.
  • Oil and Gas industry experience is a must.
  • Demonstrated experience with refresh deployments is required.
  • Familiarity with mobile platforms (Apple iOS & Android).
  • Ability to perform complex troubleshooting on client software, hardware, and configurations.
  • Proficiency in computer imaging and standardized deployment processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for assisting users both in person and remotely.
  • Ability to collaborate within a strong team environment and contribute to collective goals.
  • Ability to travel for remote site support and refresh projects.
  • Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Willingness for day or overnight travel for field projects.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in enterprise-wide refresh projects or multi-site deployments.
  • Knowledge of IT asset management best practices.
  • Experience in industrial or manufacturing environments.
  • Familiarity with PPE requirements and safety protocols in field settings.
