Novo Nordisk is hiring an Epidemiologist to join our Real-World Evidence team. You'll apply your epidemiological knowledge and project management skills to extract meaningful evidence from diverse real-world data sources. Your work will bridge the gap between data and actionable insights, advancing patient care in chronic diseases through collaboration with data scientists and stakeholders.
What You'll Do
- Provide epidemiological expertise across the organization, ensuring evidence generation meets scientific and regulatory standards.
- Perform and guide literature reviews to inform key strategic documents.
- Leverage AI and GenAI tools to optimize workflows and enhance productivity in evidence generation.
- Contribute excellent project management skills to coordinate complex deliverables and support colleagues.
- Extract and communicate learnings from regulatory interactions involving real-world evidence.
- Present findings clearly through oral presentations, reports, and peer-reviewed scientific papers to diverse audiences.
- Coordinate and oversee outsourced real-world data activities and studies, working closely with vendors, CROs, commercial partners, and academic institutions.
What We're Looking For
- An MSc or similar degree with training in Epidemiology.
- Proven project management experience with the ability to coordinate complex deliverables.
- Solid hands-on experience conducting literature reviews in an epidemiological context.
- Experience exploring GenAI for productivity enhancement.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to achieve results through collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
- A proactive, independent working style with the ability to take ownership and responsibility.
- Excellent communication skills in English and a genuine interest in cooperating with stakeholders across the globe.
Nice to Have
- A background in pharmacoepidemiology from the pharmaceutical industry, contract research organizations, or consulting.
- Experience collaborating with regulatory authorities.

Work Mode
This is a local-city role. You can be based in either Søborg, Denmark, or London, UK.
