OCHIN is looking for an Epic PB/PB Claims Solutions Analyst to support our mission by leveraging deep technical expertise to resolve complex issues and implement innovative solutions. In this role, you will align technical strategies with business objectives and collaborate with stakeholders to bridge the gap between technology and organizational goals within our EHR Operations department.
What You'll Do
- Develop, document, and deploy solution functionality by building, testing, and maintaining features according to specifications.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve complex technical issues to ensure optimal system performance.
- Collaborate across departments to support project implementations and address member maintenance issues.
- Drive documentation and knowledge sharing by creating and optimizing technical documentation.
- Focus on skill development and competency growth in technical design, analysis, and system enhancements.
What We're Looking For
- Must have certification or proficiency in Epic Resolute PB or PB Claims.
- At least 5 years of experience as an Epic Resolute PB/PB Claims Applications Analyst.
- Strong communication skills to engage with both technical team members and end users.
- Consistently acts with integrity and accountability.
- Process and detail-oriented, with a strong focus on data-driven decision making.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and solution oriented.
Nice to Have
- Certification or proficiency in both Epic Resolute PB and PB Claims is highly desired.
- Ideally a minimum of 3 years of experience in Epic PB module build.
