Liebherr International Group is hiring an IT Business Analyst (H/F) on a permanent contract to support the company's growth. Reporting to the Local IT Service Manager, you will focus on supply chain and logistics processes within an environment that combines the agility of a medium-sized company with the resources of a large international group.
What You'll Do
- Analyze logistics requirements and model operational processes.
- Support the deployment of the WMS and its integration with the ERP.
- Provide level 2 functional support for the WMS.
- Contribute to the continuous optimization of supply chain processes.
- Write user stories, process documentation, and acceptance criteria.
- Monitor WMS updates, tests, and deliveries.
- Coordinate exchanges between logistics teams, IT, and integrators.
- Participate in supply chain audits and internal controls.
- Manage the WMS budget and supplier relationships.
- Participate in on-call duty (remote).
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's +5 years in IT, information technology, or a related field.
- Over 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Practical experience with an ERP is essential.
- Understanding of data and integrations.
- Relational skills: clear communication, structured, proactive, comfortable coordinating between business and IT services.
- Languages: English at a B2 level.
Nice to Have
- Experience with a WMS is a plus.
- A strong process orientation and good knowledge of ITSM tools like ServiceNow and Jira are a plus.
- German language skills are appreciated.
