Role Overview
This is a fixed-term, full-time opportunity for a Business Analyst to contribute to the Future Student Systems Program (FSSP). The role centers on evaluating and refining business processes that shape the journey of prospective students, ensuring systems and workflows are efficient, user-centered, and aligned with institutional goals across international locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead discovery phases and support the design and rollout of business-driven enhancements
- Examine and document intricate workflows across departments and regions
- Conduct collaborative workshops to align stakeholders and capture insights
- Identify, collect, and verify functional and technical requirements
- Assist in change management initiatives to support adoption of new systems
- Coordinate cross-functional project tasks and timelines
- Keep documentation up to date and accessible
- Ensure delivery of new capabilities that improve operational effectiveness
What We’re Looking For
Candidates should demonstrate a track record in business analysis within complex environments. You must have experience in dissecting business operations, translating needs into actionable plans, and working closely with technical teams, project leads, and subject experts. Strong communication, critical thinking, and the ability to navigate ambiguity are essential.

Employment Details
This is a 6-month fixed-term appointment. The position is onsite and available at one of the following locations: Australia, Dubai, Hong Kong, India, or Malaysia. The annual salary range is $94,998 to $117,633, with an additional 17% superannuation contribution.
