The University of Wollongong is looking for a Business Analyst to join the Future Student Systems Program. In this role, you will contribute to business-led improvement initiatives that transform the future student journey across our large and dynamic organisation.
What You'll Do
- Analyse and document complex business processes
- Facilitate workshops to gather and validate requirements
- Support change management activities
- Coordinate project activities and maintain accurate documentation
- Ensure the successful delivery of new systems, processes and ways of working
