Seattle Children's Hospital is hiring a Senior Epic HIM/ROI Analyst to play a vital role in building an innovative Epic Community Connect program, extending its EHR system to primary care clinics to enhance pediatric care coordination. You will support the Community Connect program, the hospital, and its affiliated clinics by managing HIM systems.
What You'll Do
- Play a vital role in building an innovative Epic Community Connect program to extend the EHR system to primary care clinics.
- Support the Community Connect program, Seattle Children's Hospital, and its primary care and specialty clinics.
- Manage HIM systems, including deficiency tracking, patient identity, and release of information modules.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience that demonstrates technical competency.
- Minimum of five (5) years experience in an Information Services environment.
- At least three (3) years experience providing configuration and supporting enterprise content management applications.
- Proven experience and knowledge of project management skills, tools and methodologies.
- Proven experience leading committees, projects and activities.
- Proven ability to fully use and apply standard principles, theories and concepts related to technical discipline.
- Experience with clinical, hospital and/or financial applications and/or systems.
Nice to Have
- Experience with specialty build.
- Deep understanding of HIM operations within a multi-organization environment.
