GroundTruth is hiring a Customer Success Associate

About the Role

GroundTruth is growing our Customer Success team and looking for a Customer Success Associate to support customers in their early journey on our platform. In this role, you will develop deep product expertise while managing onboarding, troubleshooting, and optimization for our self-serve clients.

What You'll Do

  • Support onboarding of new self-serve clients by guiding them through setup best practices, templates, and initial training.
  • Serve as a frontline contact via Zendesk, email, and chat to answer platform-related questions and troubleshoot issues.
  • Advise clients on effective campaign strategies within the GroundTruth platform.
  • Troubleshoot basic platform issues related to campaign setup, tracking, creative, and reporting.
  • Wrap up reports, compile insights, and send performance summaries to clients post-campaign.
  • Identify and escalate growth opportunities or client concerns.
  • Assist with knowledge base updates and customer education content.
  • Monitor daily campaign performance and surface delivery issues or pacing anomalies.
  • Participate in cross-functional syncs to surface common support pain points to Product or Ops teams.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or a relevant field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in customer enablement, onboarding, customer success, or product marketing roles.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS, ad platforms, and self-serve product onboarding.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams and build scalable onboarding programs.
  • Passion for user education and a mindset rooted in product-led growth principles.

Nice to Have

  • Experience using Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar ticketing/CRM systems.
  • Bonus if you’ve worked with self-serve ad platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, GroundTruth, or similar tools.
