Corewell Health is hiring an Environmental Services Attendant to provide a clean and safe environment for our patients and their families. You will perform essential cleaning tasks while interacting with patients, visitors, and other hospital staff.
What You'll Do
- Comfortably interact with patients, families, and visitors with a warm smile and friendly demeanor.
- Clean patient rooms daily, sanitizing surfaces, spot washing walls and windows, removing trash and linen, and cleaning restrooms.
- Clean ancillary areas such as nurses’ stations, med rooms, pantries, utility rooms, waiting rooms, and offices.
- Clean specialty areas including OR Suites, Emergency Department, Intensive Care Units, and Labor Delivery Units.
- Perform basic tasks including cleaning and sanitizing surfaces, vacuuming, dust mopping, damp mopping, stocking supplies, and removing trash and soiled linen.
- Use appropriate chemicals and guidelines when performing tasks.
What We're Looking For
- Ability to read and follow instructions.
- Able to become proficient in all aspects of the position, with Department provided training, within a timeframe of 30 days.

This is a full-time, onsite position located in Farmington Hills, Michigan.
