Responsibilities
- Facilitate engaging 30–45 minute virtual information sessions with small candidate groups
- Hold individual discussions to address inquiries and evaluate candidate suitability
- Communicate with assurance, professionalism, and a positive attitude
- Handle follow-up tasks, scheduling, and record-keeping
- Embody the company's culture and values in all interactions
