The Flex Ventures is looking for an Entrepreneur in Residence to validate, build, and potentially launch a new venture. In this role, you will work closely with our founders and venture team, with resources, mentorship, and capital support behind you, to go from 0 to 1.
What You'll Do
- Work with The Flex Ventures team to identify and validate high-potential business ideas
- Own customer discovery, market research, and competitive analysis
- Build and test MVPs or no-code prototypes to assess traction
- Develop business models, go-to-market strategies, and execution plans
- Lead day-to-day operations of the new concept, with the opportunity to become CEO if the business is spun out
- Collaborate with in-house design, product, and growth teams
- Iterate quickly, pivot when necessary, and scale what works
What We're Looking For
- A builder mindset with a proven ability to execute at speed
- Strong intuition for product, markets, and customer problems
- Data-driven but not afraid to move fast with incomplete information
- Grit, creativity, and a deep desire to build something from scratch
Nice to Have
- Founder/Operator experience preferred (failed startups are OK)
- Experience in proptech, real estate, consumer tech, or marketplaces is a plus
