Radiant Nuclear is expanding its operations team with an Enterprise Systems Implementation Specialist. You will support the Manager of Business Systems to execute our Digital Transformation roadmap, with a core focus on evaluating, implementing, and rolling out critical enterprise systems like ERP, WMS, and MES.
What You'll Do
- Support the development and execution of Radiant’s Digital Transformation roadmap, focusing on system implementation and adoption.
- Lead detailed current-state and future-state process mapping across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Operations.
- Translate business workflows into system requirements, configuration specifications, and rollout plans.
- Serve as a core contributor to ERP and enterprise system implementations, including system evaluation, configuration planning, data migration, UAT, and go-live support.
- Partner with system administrators, IT, internal stakeholders, and vendors to ensure solutions are scalable, compliant, and well-integrated.
- Support implementation of systems that enable financial controls, inventory management, purchasing workflows, and manufacturing execution and traceability.
- Ensure systems align with manufacturing realities, not just theoretical process models.
- Act as a bridge between business stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors and implementation partners.
- Ensure stakeholders are aligned on scope, tradeoffs, timelines, and adoption expectations.
- Produce clear documentation including process flows, system requirements, configuration decisions, training materials and SOPs.
- Support user training and change management to drive successful adoption.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
- 4–7 years of experience supporting or leading enterprise system implementations.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (Finance, Purchasing, Inventory); manufacturing experience strongly preferred.
- Experience operating in highly regulated environments (nuclear, aerospace, defense, medical device, or industrial manufacturing).
- Strong ability to translate business processes into system requirements and configurations.
- Excellent communication skills and comfort working cross-functionally.
- Must be willing to work extended hours and weekends as required to meet project milestones.
- Must work 100% onsite at our El Segundo, CA headquarters.
- Must be eligible to work with export-controlled technologies (ITAR/EAR).
Nice to Have
- ERP implementation experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Exposure to MES, WMS, or supply chain systems.
- Experience supporting system rollouts across multiple departments.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing or continuous improvement concepts.
- Technical literacy sufficient to collaborate with IT and data teams (no coding required).

You will report directly to the Manager of Business Systems, playing a pivotal role in a focused team driving enterprise-wide digital transformation.
