About the Role

Confluence Technologies is seeking an Enterprise Sales Director to join our New Logo Sales Team. You will be responsible for driving new client acquisition and cross-selling our full suite of RegTech solutions across the investment lifecycle to existing clients. This role involves close collaboration with Marketing and Product teams to generate pipeline and close high-value deals.

What You'll Do

  • Drive new-logo acquisition and cross-sell to existing clients for products like Omnia and Signal.
  • Generate pipeline, advance opportunities, and close high-value deals.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing and Product teams.
  • Expand company footprint across asset managers, fund administrators, wealth managers, investment consultants, and asset owners.

What We're Looking For

  • RegTech sales experience is our top priority.
  • Strong background selling into alternative asset managers, private asset managers, and compliance/operations/regulatory leaders.
  • 5–10 years of SaaS or regulated-industry sales experience.
  • True 'hunter' mindset with outreach, education, and closing skills.
  • Strong discovery and qualification capabilities.
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders across the investment ecosystem.

Nice to Have

  • Experience selling RegTech, compliance, or fin-tech solutions.
  • Background with competitor firms such as FundApps, Adenza, Droit, Solutions Atlantic, AQ Metrics, DFIN, Knap, Contigo.
  • Familiarity with long enterprise sales cycles (6–12+ months).
  • Ability to manage limited demo resources and independently drive evaluations.
  • Fast learner with appetite to grow product and regulatory expertise.

Team & Environment

You will be part of the New Logo Sales Team and report to the Head of Business Development.
