Confluence Technologies is hiring an Enterprise Sales Director

About the Role

Confluence Technologies is looking for an Enterprise Sales Director to spearhead growth in the RegTech and compliance automation space. You will be responsible for acquiring new enterprise logos and expanding revenue through cross-selling to our existing client base, which includes asset managers, fund administrators, wealth managers, and asset owners.

What You'll Do

  • Drive new logo acquisition and cross-sell initiatives to existing clients.
  • Promote the full suite of Confluence solutions across the investment lifecycle, including products like Omnia and Signal.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to generate pipeline, advance opportunities, and close high-value deals.
  • Play a critical role in expanding the company's footprint across the entire investment ecosystem.

What We're Looking For

  • RegTech sales experience is our top priority.
  • A strong background selling into alternative asset managers, private asset managers, and compliance, operations, or regulatory leaders.
  • 5–10 years of SaaS or regulated-industry sales experience.
  • A true 'hunter' mindset with proven skills in outreach, education, and closing deals.
  • Strong discovery and qualification capabilities.
  • The ability to influence senior stakeholders across the investment ecosystem.
  • Comfort traveling 50–75% of the time, driven by deal requirements.

Nice to Have

  • Experience selling RegTech, compliance, or fin-tech solutions.
  • A background with competitor firms such as FundApps, Adenza, Droit, Solutions Atlantic, AQ Metrics, DFIN, Knap, or Contigo.
  • Familiarity with long enterprise sales cycles (6–12+ months).
  • Ability to manage limited demo resources and independently drive product evaluations.
  • A fast learner with an appetite to grow product and regulatory expertise.

Team & Environment

You will join the New Logo Sales Team and report directly to the Head of Business Development.
