Motorola Solutions is hiring an Enterprise Sales Development Representative for our Enterprise Mobile Video team. In this role, you will focus on driving sales growth for Body Worn Cameras (BWC) and License Plate Readers (LPR). You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales goals.
What You'll Do
- Prospect for new business to develop relationships with key decision-makers and understand customer needs.
- Track and report on account activity.
- Identify and develop new business prospects from multiple sources including prospect lists and research.
- Qualify all existing leads in Salesforce.com and Avigilon lead databases from various sources.
- Coordinate, promote, and lead webinars in your assigned region.
- Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales objectives for your assigned territory.
- Accept inbound and perform outbound telephone calls to identify sales opportunities.
- Meet and exceed daily call and activity metrics.
- Align with other sales organization members to support overall company revenue targets.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor's Degree with 1+ years of technical sales experience OR 4+ years of technical sales experience.
Nice to Have
- Minimum 4 years of experience within an inside sales organization.
- Experience with technology sales.
- Experience with video surveillance or security technology sales.
- Salesforce.com CRM experience.
- Previous experience in a sales development role.
