Gravity Sketch is seeking an Enterprise Customer Success Manager to play an instrumental role in securing the long-term success of our most important customers and our business. You will own the customer journey post-sales, ensuring they obtain full value from our platform and helping to build the foundation for our customer success motion.
What You'll Do
- Focus exclusively on strategic key accounts like Ford, GM, and John Deere.
- Own your accounts and take full responsibility for their success, coordinating across Gravity Sketch to deliver outcomes.
- Form a dedicated pod with an Account Executive and Lead Consultant for each account.
- Build close relationships with customers, from end users through to senior management.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to develop and execute a mutually agreed-upon success plan.
- Teach and train customers to leverage product features, strengthening their knowledge and confidence.
- Use quantitative and qualitative data to identify insights and drive actions within your accounts.
- Build relationships with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, Engineering, and Marketing.
- Be the voice of the customer internally, informing other functions.
- Collate and communicate product feedback based on personal experience and insights.
- Actively contribute to the analysis, planning, and execution of customer success processes.
What We're Looking For
- Considerable experience working in an enterprise customer success environment.
- Proven responsibility for the growth and retention of a book of business.
- Excellent structure, organization, and strong attention to detail.
- Self-driven: Able to hit the ground running and execute quickly.
- Passion and curiosity: Avid interest in VR, design, and understanding how products are made.
- Grit: A positive attitude, strong team working skills, and hunger for success.
- People-oriented: An excellent communicator—both written and verbal—in German and English.
- Located on the East Coast US.
Nice to Have
- Experience with software in the product design workflow (e.g., Gravity Sketch, CAD, Illustrator, Photoshop).
- A footwear-focused design degree.
Team & Environment
You will join a lean but ambitious team of 50+ spread across the globe. For each account, you will form a pod with an Account Executive and Lead Consultant to ensure cohesive and effective customer partnership.
