Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of enterprise customers and oversee their success lifecycle
- Schedule and lead regular check-ins and quarterly business reviews with stakeholders
- Develop strong relationships with executive and technical decision-makers
- Map out key contacts and stakeholders across departments and product groups
- Promote cross-functional use of products and lead strategic initiatives
- Uncover expansion potential by analyzing product usage and business goals
- Collaborate with sales on planning and growing existing accounts
- Design and execute retention strategies, including early risk detection
- Build scalable processes for onboarding, adoption, renewals, and upsells
- Maintain and refine customer health metrics and success benchmarks
- Launch programs that encourage customer advocacy and referenceability
- Work with Product to convert customer feedback into actionable requirements
- Coordinate with Support to resolve technical challenges efficiently
- Partner with Marketing to secure testimonials and thought leadership content
- Align with Sales to ensure smooth transitions and coordinated growth plans
