Elsevier is seeking an Enterprise Business Development Representative to join our Nursing Health Education team. In this remote role, you will play a vital part in supporting our enterprise customers, sales team, and Customer Success Managers. You will be responsible for ensuring exceptional support and resources for existing customers, facilitating a seamless contract and billing process, and collaborating across teams to guarantee timely quotes, accurate billing, and overall customer satisfaction.
What You'll Do
- Maintain customer accounts in Salesforce to ensure accurate information.
- Collaborate with sales representatives and legal teams to expedite contract negotiations and secure necessary approvals.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure quotes are generated and delivered to customers promptly.
- Ensure billing accuracy and timeliness by confirming key invoice details with customers before the scheduled billing date.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration across departments to enhance the customer experience.
- Provide support and expertise for special initiatives across the broader team.
