Charterup is looking for an Enterprise Business Development Representative (BDR) to propel our growth and market presence in the transportation sector. You will focus on prospecting, engaging, and qualifying leads within targeted verticals for our enterprise shuttle, charter, and software services.
What You'll Do
- Identify and research potential clients within targeted verticals including construction, universities, and corporations.
- Initiate outbound calls and emails to key decision-makers to introduce services and assess transportation needs.
- Engage in meaningful conversations to understand prospect requirements, challenges, and timelines.
- Schedule qualified appointments and meetings for Account Executives to discuss upcoming RFPs.
- Manage and update prospect information, activities, and communications in the CRM system.
- Work closely with the sales team to share insights and optimize outreach strategies.
- Stay informed about industry trends and the competitive landscape to identify new prospects.
- Meet and exceed weekly/monthly quotas for outbound calls, qualified leads, and scheduled appointments.
What We're Looking For
- 1-2 years of outbound sales experience, preferably in a B2B enterprise environment.
- Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment by executing high-volume, strategic prospecting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively to meet sales targets.
Nice to Have
- Experience with CRM software such as Salesforce.
- Proficiency with prospecting tools like Outreach.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, SalesLoft, or Apollo.
