Responsibilities
- Lead the design and deployment of ServiceNow and Nuvolo architectures that support enterprise objectives.
- Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and convert them into scalable, effective technical solutions.
- Assess and connect legacy systems with ServiceNow and Nuvolo platforms to ensure seamless interoperability and performance.
- Deliver technical guidance and promote best practices in the development, deployment, and upkeep of ServiceNow and Nuvolo applications.
- Create architectural models, documentation, and strategic roadmaps to convey design direction and implementation timelines.
- Evaluate new technologies to enhance service delivery and drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure all architectural designs and deployments adhere to security standards and governance requirements.
Requirements
- Eligible to obtain a Public Trust clearance
- Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident (Green Card holder)
- Minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow architecture and configuration
- Proven experience with Nuvolo Clinical EAM on the ServiceNow platform
- Solid knowledge of CMMS, clinical asset management lifecycles, and work order processes in hospital settings
- Background supporting Healthcare Technology Management, Biomedical Engineering, or Facilities operations
- Experience developing and managing business rules, UI actions, scripts, workflows, and role/group configurations
- Familiarity with Operations & Maintenance (O&M) including system upgrades and incident resolution
- Experience working in Agile or Scrum project environments
- Ability to perform effectively in a remote, fast-paced federal healthcare IT setting
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Healthcare IT, Biomedical Engineering, or a related discipline; Master’s preferred
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification required
Nice to Have
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification strongly preferred
- Formal Nuvolo training or equivalent experience
- ITIL Foundation certification or higher
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or other Agile certification
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
