Essentia Health is looking for an Enterprise Analytics Manager to lead a pivotal team dedicated to delivering data-driven insights that enhance healthcare outcomes. You will build meaningful customer relationships, foster team development, and ensure analytics initiatives are closely aligned with the organization’s strategic goals. In this role, you will lead the day-to-day operations of an Enterprise Analytics team, overseeing approximately 12 FTEs, and drive the success of our analytics mission.

- Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of analytics projects to ensure effectiveness.
- Develop strategies for analytics needs, including tool selection and staff training.
- Hire, coach, and manage the performance of a high-performing team.
- Implement resource strategies tailored to business needs, cost, and skill requirements.
- Develop procedures and processes to guarantee reliable product delivery.
What We're Looking For
- Over 5 years of experience in a progressively responsible managerial role, with a strong track record in managing customer relationships, team development, and aligning analytics initiatives.
- Knowledge and proficiency in EHR application reporting and data visualization tools like Cogito, Tableau, and Power BI.
- Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Experience incorporating visualizations, statistical analysis, and data science to drive actionable insights.
- Proven expertise in data management, report development, and data analysis.
- Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Computer Science, Finance, Business, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field. Equivalent experience in related fields may be considered for degrees in unrelated fields.
Nice to Have
- Experience with EHR application reporting, Cogito, or equivalent analytics platforms.
- Familiarity with machine learning techniques and predictive modeling.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis.
