SWBC is seeking a meticulous Data Integrity Representative to join our team. In this role, you will perform in-line quality control by reviewing, researching, and verifying insurance updates and payments on escrow loans. You will ensure data accuracy by interpreting and sorting information, making outbound calls, and updating coverage details directly from carrier websites.
What You'll Do
- Validate and correct insurance updates and escrow disbursement information by reviewing the Billing Edit Report for all daily escrow accounts.
- Resolve escrow disbursement discrepancies by researching the loan and making outbound calls to insurance agencies and companies.
- Disburse insurance premium payments manually for all FiServ and WebServices clients.
- Make necessary adjustments to insurance lines based on data found on reports, documents, or notes in AS400 history.
- Review the Exception Report for discrepancies and update AS400, FiServ, or WebServices as needed.
- Review the At-or-Near Expired Report to ensure all call attempts have been made and escrow payment information has been obtained.
- Review the Follow-up Database and Reconciliation Database to ensure each loan is processed correctly.
- Maintain service level objectives for all tasks and CITs received from clients.
- Process Escrow Rush payment requests received via email or the WebServices Task function.
- Provide follow-up on every escrow loan that received a cancellation notice for non-payment or with an unknown cancellation reason.
- Assist with keying escrow exceptions as needed.
- Perform time-sensitive account maintenance before and after account processing cycles.
- Enter updates to pertinent insurance data into the computer system in a timely manner.
- Perform data processing and customer service functions in support of the SWBC Escrow Tracking Program.
What We're Looking For
- High School diploma or GED equivalent.
- Minimum two (2) years of high-level data entry; researching, monitoring, and/or validating electronic files; or related experience.
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills, including experience with databases, Microsoft Access, and MS Excel.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Able to type 35 WPM accurately.
- Able to operate most general office machines.
- Able to sit for long periods while validating and entering data.
- Able to lift 10-20 lbs. of reports or other documents.
Nice to Have
- Experience within the insurance, mortgage, or banking industry.
- Knowledge of mortgage escrow accounts or homeowners insurance.
