GEICO is seeking a Senior Staff AI Engineer to join our AI Agent Platform team. You will apply relentless innovation to exceed customer expectations and make a tangible impact on our products and services.
What You'll Do
- Lead the design and development of a robust, scalable AI Agent Platform.
- Drive innovation in AI agent technology to exceed customer expectations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to translate complex requirements into production-ready AI systems.
- Guide and elevate engineering practices for AI agent development and deployment.
What We're Looking For
- Expert-level experience designing and deploying production AI/ML systems.
- Deep technical knowledge in areas such as agent architectures, large language models, and machine learning operations.
- A proven track record of technical leadership and mentoring engineers.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.
