As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will lead end-to-end sales cycles within a defined territory, focusing on enterprise energy organizations navigating complex, regulated decision environments. Your role centers on consultative engagement—understanding customer challenges, aligning platform capabilities to strategic goals, and guiding stakeholders through technical evaluations and purchasing processes.
What You'll Do
- Lead discovery conversations, product demonstrations, and executive presentations for diverse audiences, including C-suite leaders.
- Identify and pursue expansion opportunities within existing clients while acquiring new strategic accounts.
- Deliver accurate sales forecasts and maintain a transparent, up-to-date pipeline using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across engineering, product, and marketing to accelerate deal progression.
- Partner with leadership to refine sales strategy, materials, and processes based on market feedback.
- Develop territory plans and nurture networks to generate qualified opportunities in alignment with marketing initiatives.
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years in SaaS sales with consistent over-achievement in quota-carrying roles.
- At least 3 years selling technical solutions to large enterprises (revenue $5B+).
- Proven success closing deals valued at $200K+ in regulated industries, including in-person meetings, proofs of concept, and trial management.
- Background in early-stage SaaS environments with a focus on building scalable sales processes and culture.
- Track record of developing territories, working with marketing to drive pipeline, and entering new markets.
- Commitment to representing the customer’s perspective internally and contributing to company growth from the ground up.
