About the Role
This position leads enrollment operations and student recruitment initiatives in Northern California, driving outreach strategies and supporting families through the admissions process.
Responsibilities
- Lead enrollment campaigns tailored to Northern California communities
- Manage admissions inquiries and application workflows
- Build partnerships with schools and educational organizations
- Conduct student and family information sessions
- Track and report enrollment metrics regularly
- Support development of recruitment materials
- Travel across the region to engage stakeholders
- Coordinate with academic teams on student placement
- Ensure compliance with enrollment policies
- Respond to parent and student inquiries promptly
- Organize open house and campus visit events
- Maintain accurate student data records
- Identify outreach opportunities in underserved areas
- Train enrollment support staff
- Use data to refine recruitment strategies
- Promote program value to prospective families
- Collaborate on marketing content for admissions
- Monitor application deadlines and timelines
- Foster inclusive enrollment practices
- Support transition of admitted students to enrollment
