SupportYourApp is seeking a Customer Support Consultant to provide exceptional support for our crypto and technology clients via chat and email. In this fully remote role, you will build lasting customer relationships and collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues.
What You'll Do
- Provide exceptional customer support via chats and emails.
- Build positive and long-lasting relationships with customers.
- Meet team KPIs.
- Stay current with technology updates.
- Securely work with customers’ sensitive information.
- Apply the latest customer service best practices.
- Maintain working knowledge of our client’s products and services.
- Communicate with developers and other departments of various IT companies.
What We're Looking For
- Native Spanish and English upper intermediate (B2 level).
- At least 6 months of experience in a customer support role.
- Experience with live chats and emails.
- Personal or professional experience with crypto or stock exchange.
- Analytical and research skills.
- Positive and responsible attitude.
- Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload).
Nice to Have
- Experience with CRM systems.
- Experience with Salesforce or Zendesk.
