SupportYourApp is hiring a (native Dutch) Customer Support Consultant, crypto (South Africa, remote)

About the Role

SupportYourApp is looking for a Customer Support Consultant to provide dedicated customer support for a client in the crypto, trading, and blockchain space. You will be the frontline for customer inquiries, building strong relationships and ensuring a positive customer experience.

What You'll Do

  • Provide customer support via emails and live chats.
  • Build positive and long-lasting relationships with customers.
  • Identify and escalate complex technical issues, ensuring prompt request resolution.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to product features.
  • Meet team key performance indicators.
  • Securely work with customers’ sensitive information.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of our client’s products and services.

What We're Looking For

  • Native Dutch and English B2 communication skills.
  • At least 6 months of experience in a customer support role.
  • Personal or professional experience in crypto, trading, or blockchain is a must.
  • Experience providing support via live chats.
  • Experience with CRM systems.
  • Analytical and research skills.
  • Positive and responsible attitude.
  • Personal laptop or computer with at least 8GB of RAM and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download / 40 Mbps upload).
