OLX Group is hiring an Engineering Operations Lead to define and implement processes and tools that accelerate our engineering teams. You will play a central role in improving developer productivity, operational excellence, and the overall effectiveness of our engineering organization.
What You'll Do
- Lead the strategy and execution for engineering tooling, CI/CD pipelines, and internal developer platforms.
- Analyze and improve engineering processes to reduce friction and increase team velocity.
- Define and track key operational metrics related to developer productivity and system reliability.
- Collaborate with engineering leadership to align operational initiatives with business goals.
- Establish best practices for incident management, on-call rotations, and post-mortem processes.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in engineering operations, DevOps, or platform engineering roles.
- Proven track record of designing and scaling operational processes in a fast-paced tech environment.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive process improvements.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across all levels of the organization.
- Deep understanding of modern software development lifecycles and CI/CD best practices.
Work Mode
This is a remote position open to candidates based in Lisbon, Portugal, or Poznań/Warsaw, Poland.
