CrowdStrike is hiring an Engineering Manager to join our IOT Security Product Group. You will lead the team responsible for building key collaterals of CrowdStrike's IOT solutions, driving end-to-end product delivery, architecting scalable systems, and managing a team of software developers to protect organizations from sophisticated threats.
What You'll Do
- Drive end-to-end product delivery and architect scalable solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define priorities and scope.
- Lead and run a team of highly skilled and motivated software developers.
- Influence the cybersecurity landscape and advance the state of the art in exposure management.
What We're Looking For
- BS/MS in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 12+ years of experience in software engineering as an engineer.
- Minimum 3+ years as a people manager or handling teams.
- Experience in Golang and/or similar technologies.
- Strong experience shipping high-quality software in a cloud environment (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Strong experience with Big Data technologies like Kafka, Cassandra, Elasticsearch, Redis, K8S.
- Strong experience in building and maintaining large distributed systems at scale.
- Solid design and problem-solving skills with a demonstrated passion for engineering excellence, quality, security, and performance.
- Strong cross-group collaboration and interpersonal communication skills.
- Experience working with remote teams and individuals while ensuring agility and velocity.
- Ability to communicate crisply at all levels from executive staff to engineers.
- Ability and desire to be hands on as well as leading the team and collaborating cross functionally.
- Demonstrated track record of mentoring and developing developers.
- Experience in building GenAI workloads and agents.
- Experience with cybersecurity products, especially in the OT security domain.
Nice to Have
- Proven experience in IOT/ICS and OT security, automation and systems/software like HMI, SCADA servers, EWs and other Purdue Model L2/L3 systems, network architecture, and protocols.
- Familiarity with IOT security compliance standards and processes, such as NERC-CIP, NIST CSF, IEC 62443, or AWIA.
