Gravie is looking for an Engineering Manager to lead our ICHRA (Individual Coverage Health Reimbursement Arrangement) product engineering team. You will be responsible for guiding the technical strategy, managing engineering execution, and delivering high-quality software that simplifies healthcare for our members.
What You'll Do
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, quality, and continuous improvement.
- Own the technical delivery and health of the ICHRA product line, from planning through to deployment and operation.
- Partner closely with Product Management to define roadmaps, set priorities, and translate business goals into technical execution.
- Drive engineering best practices, including code reviews, architectural design, and efficient development processes.
- Manage team performance, career growth, and resource allocation to meet project milestones.

- Proven experience as an Engineering Manager or technical lead with people management responsibilities.
- Strong background in software engineering with expertise in designing, building, and maintaining complex systems.
- Demonstrated ability to manage project timelines, dependencies, and deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience collaborating across engineering, product, and business teams.
