tem is seeking an Engineering Manager to provide focused people leadership and delivery support. You will create the conditions for high performance, shape operational processes, and ensure strong alignment with the Product team as we rebuild the energy transaction system to be transparent and fair.
What You'll Do
- Build and grow high-performing teams by leading hiring, onboarding, performance, and progression.
- Drive delivery through clarity and alignment, helping teams prioritise, stay focused, and move quickly.
- Support technical direction by partnering with Experts and technical leads to guide decision-making and uphold quality.
- Create strong cross-functional connections, acting as a bridge between Engineering and the wider business.
- Champion a remote-native culture, leading with empathy and intention in a fully remote environment.

- Proven engineering leadership experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- A strong delivery mindset, comfortable owning outcomes in environments without a traditional delivery function.
- Technical credibility with a strong background and understanding of what 'good' looks like.
- Remote-first leadership experience successfully leading distributed teams in an async-first culture.
- A collaborative and mission-driven approach, caring deeply about why the work matters and focusing on impact.
