Clari is seeking an Engineering Manager for its Data Platform team in Kraków to build and manage the foundational data infrastructure that drives analytics and product features. You will lead a team focused on creating scalable, reliable systems for data processing and insights.

What You'll Do

Lead, mentor, and grow a team of data engineers
Own the technical vision and roadmap for the data platform
Architect and build scalable data pipelines and storage solutions
Partner with product and analytics teams to define and deliver on data needs
Ensure the reliability, performance, and security of data systems
Drive engineering best practices around quality and operational excellence

What We're Looking For

Proven experience managing and mentoring software or data engineering teams
Strong background in designing and operating large-scale distributed data systems
Deep technical expertise in data engineering principles and technologies
Experience with cloud data services and infrastructure-as-code
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across functions
