Clari is seeking an Engineering Manager for its Data Platform team in Kraków to build and manage the foundational data infrastructure that drives analytics and product features. You will lead a team focused on creating scalable, reliable systems for data processing and insights.
What You'll Do
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of data engineers
- Own the technical vision and roadmap for the data platform
- Architect and build scalable data pipelines and storage solutions
- Partner with product and analytics teams to define and deliver on data needs
- Ensure the reliability, performance, and security of data systems
- Drive engineering best practices around quality and operational excellence
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience managing and mentoring software or data engineering teams
- Strong background in designing and operating large-scale distributed data systems
- Deep technical expertise in data engineering principles and technologies
- Experience with cloud data services and infrastructure-as-code
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across functions
