Jobgether is seeking an Engineering Manager to build and lead a new R&D team dedicated to CAD, 3D research, and novel manufacturing algorithms. In this remote role, you will define the technical strategy and drive innovative projects from initial concept to production implementation.

What We're Looking For

3+ years of engineering management experience, with proven ability to lead and develop technical teams.
Graduate-level degree (Master's or PhD) in Mechanical Engineering, Robotics, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent industrial or academic experience.
Strong knowledge of advanced manufacturing techniques, including additive (3D printing) and subtractive (CNC milling) modalities.
Experience with CAD/CAM workflows, toolpath planning, and Design for Manufacturability (DFM) principles.
Exposure to computer vision fundamentals and their practical applications.
Demonstrated ability in innovation risk management and making impact-based prioritization decisions.
Excellent communication skills, able to clearly articulate technical challenges, project timelines, and R&D outcomes to diverse stakeholders.
Passion for continuous learning and staying current with state-of-the-art developments in CAD software, manufacturing, and automation.
Comfortable with ambiguity and adept at transforming unstructured problems into concrete solutions.
